“Purchased the 12 x 12 shelter cover and I am extremely disappointed. Catastrophic failure during a snow storm. It also bent one of my side panels. Poles snapped and were bent beyond repair. Thankfully my horses were in the barn during this incident. Based on the failure, I would say the material is cheap tubular steel that is inadequate for this type of shelter. I do not recommend this cover to anyone who values the safety of their animals. If I could attach pictures to this review I would in order to show / warn others of the risk. I have other shelters by a different company that held up very well in the same storm. Very disappointed!”

“I'd like to give this a better review. When it was first put up, it did its job very well. It protected our cow/calf pair from harsh conditions. But the cover tore on the top after barely 1.5 years. They aren't sold in stores in our area. They are NOT easy to replace. So, in hindsight, I'd probably choose a different product.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier material fabric has a longer warranty and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. “The shelter is exactly what I expected. I didn’t order the most expensive so in my opinion the quality out performs the cost. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Only need assistance with one step. Other than that built it by myself. However I was missing pieces that held me up from completing the build for more than a week while I waited for parts. They were very responsive and answered the phone on a Sunday. Overall good experience, we will be buying a second one I’ll definitely check for all parts before I begin building”

“Shelter shipped 9 days after I was told it would. When it arrived both box ends were blown open, the hardware and one package of ratchet straps were missing. Had to wait for replacements, when everything finally arrived my ground was frozen as hard as concrete, thus I can't get the anchors intalled. If it had shipped when it was supposed to and everything was there I could have installed the anchors.”

“This shelter is awesome , very sturdy quality, I put it up by myself in the dead of winter in the high country, it was bigger than I thought, which is nice, it’s very attractive on my ranch, and has went through some very harsh storms with no problem.
