Had ours for two years and one whole side is ripped and we duct taped it. Can't find a replacement cover for this. No one answers EVER when we call. We paid too much for this to only last 2 years and then rip apart with no replacements.

When it arrived the box was severely damaged with missing parts. Shelter Logic gave me excellent Customer Service and immediately took care of the problem. It was easy to assemble. We have had the shelter up for over three months now and it has survived some heavy winds.

We finally brought our horses home in August of 2019! The move was expensive, so we didn't have a ton of money to spend on a shelter. We were sent this shelter as a gift from my father in July or August 2019. It is now almost February 2020. We were able to use 12' panels that we already had, so this shelter was basically free for us! I was able to assemble the roof myself on the ground (in 1 hot afternoon with many breaks), but I did need my boyfriend's help to mount the roof on top of the panels. This probably took us 1 hour. The only trouble that we had in set up was either user error or it had to do with the tarp. Nothing major, we just had a little trouble securing the tarp so that it was smooth and stretched out as it should be. It would have probably gone faster/more easily with more people. This is a great basic shelter. It provides shade for my horses in the summer. It is best for one horse, but I have caught my two guys sharing it from time to time. My guys stay in stalls at night or in bad weather, so I am not sure of how it does with precipitation. I think it seems less muddy under the shelter compared to the high traffic areas of the pasture. My only complaint is that it does sway a lot in the wind. We added a few t-posts for stability. To be fair, we live in a very flat, windy area. Our shelter is not surrounded by any wind break. We usually take the tarp off if wind is 35 mph or more. Easy to take off and easy to put back on. Over all, it is a nice, basic shelter. It works, it was easy to assemble, and the price was reasonable. Will probably be trying out the enclosure kit next!

We purchased this shelter based on reviews that it could hold up to wind and snow. We never made it to the wind part as a recent storm left 4" of snow on the ground and destroyed not only the shelter, but the panels holding it up. Assembly instructions are OK, but you really need a ladder to tighten the ends. All in all a $500 mistake that we will not repeat.

Hello, Unfortunately, this model is not live load rated. As mentioned in the manual, this is a temporary unit and the cover can be removed when inclement weather is forecast. Anchoring the shelter securely is critical to wind resistance and keeping snow off the roof area is strongly recommended. We do offer custom Engineered Structures that carry a wind rating when properly anchored. To discuss further and find the shelter which will best suit your needs please give us a call at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you , Customer Service

I bought this 2 years ago. It was easy to assemble but we needed a couple people in order to do so. The "boots" to protect the ends were a joke and lost immediately. This is it's second winter and it collapsed in our first snow storm. I get it..."NOT LIVE RATED" "WE RECOMMEND IT BE TAKEN DOWN FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER." Unless you have a crew and time to devote to putting it up and taking it down it is too ridiculous to take down all the time. If you get snow don't buy this. Not worth the trouble and I can't be more disappointed.
