“Our green covered shelter lasted only 2 years before the sun destroyed one side of it. Shelter Logic said green cover is only warranted for 2-4 years. Wow. So I payed 700 bucks for a shelter that had to be replaced every 2 years!?
No. They said for 700 dollars I can upgrade to a better version that lasts 10 years.
I have an idea. Stop selling a product that you only guarantee for 2 short years. Or at least a warning that the portable garage you spent 700 bucks on plus a day to set up is only going to last 2 years.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have longer warrantied and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. The standard cover does include a one-year warranty and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Our warranty department does work hard to treat every claim fairly and consistently, which is why they do not consider claims made over half a year out of the warranty period. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. “We bought 2 of these, one for a boat and one for a jeep. 2 of us assembled them in a day. The door opening is too small to drive them in but we got them in there by lifting the structure. These sat for the year and then the tops on both ripped all the way down the center. Very disappointing that they didn't last longer. Wont buy again.”
