It seems like this is a design problem with the fabric ripping down the middle. mine did not even last two years and rip down the middle.

Hello James, We are very sorry to see that your cover ripped. Fabric life is affected by variables such as application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. We do offer many replacement cover options, including heavier materials that may have longer life expectancies and warranties. For more details please feel free to call us at 1-800-932-9344. , Customer Service

I bought this December 1, 2016, Due to winter, did not put up until the end of April 2017. It has been up 4 months and now has rips in the top of the canopy. He really loves the size and overall pretty sturdy, just need new fabric top. Does anyone know if that is carried by the warranty?

I bought this 2 years ago for my John Deere tractor and starting this past Spring began to notice small tears & pin holes in the ridge line around the ribs and finally now have large tears in the fabric. I had been patching them, but now it is beyond patching and will need a new cover. The cord for the roll-up door has also frayed and finally failed as well. I love the product, just wish the standard material was a little more durable, the upgraded heavier duty replacement fabrics are much more expensive.

Hello, We are so sorry to hear about what has happened to your cover. Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. Although the upgraded replacement options are more costly they do offer significantly longer life exectancies and warranty periods (10-15 years). I bought this to put my tractor in and have ended up using it for my new Toyota Tundra truck instead. Unit has been up for about 7 yrs and has done well. Several small holes in it from where birds have gotten in and trying to get out. Done well in upper Tennessee area with cold winters and hot summers. Just moved unit from original site to another and it was not very hard. I am 68 yrs old and only had to have help pulling cover over center area. if need another shelter will buy again.

I have two of these and have to replace the cover on one for the third time and the other twice. Pretty much only good for two seasons. Seems like the ridge section is made of a lesser quality fabric. The top section discolors and tears much more easily than the sides.

I purchased this shelter to store equipment. It went up well and the structure itself is well designed. However as you will read in many of the reviews the cover is a piece of junk usually failing after just one season and right after the warranty is up. I called to get replacement cover and got the following information: Replacing the old junk cover with the same junk cover $279.99. Replacing it with a heavy duty cover approximately twice as thick $516.99. Replacing it with an ultra HD cover approximately 3 times as thick as the original cover $639.99. I didn't want to go through this whole mess again so I went for the ultra HD cover. Then there was another issue. For some reason one of the brain donors that put the replacement cover program together decided that my grey shed could only have either a white or green cover. Oh, for a few hundred dollars more I could get matching end panels in white or green too. This company just flat doesn't care about their customer. You do business their way or hit the road. No apparent response to all the customers who have failed covers except to buy a whole new shelter for less that the cost of a new HD or higher shed cover or pay big dollars for a replacement cover that doesn't match your shelter. I still haven't figured out if their business plan is to sell as many shelters as they can or make the cost of two shelters by selling replacement covers.

Good value, which is hard to find and design. Sheds snow, this winter there was absolutely no snow accumulation, which was the downfall (literally) of my previous shelter which cost over 4 times the price. It does need to be anchored properly.
