“I bought a garage in a box 5 and a half years ago . now I am working on my fourth cover. I talk to Customer Service about this and they would not do anything to help. I was told that the garage cover is only good for 1 to 2 years that I should buy the heavier cover because I live in Maine . after every snow storm I made sure the top was cleaned off !!!”
“Right now, I am still separating all of the nuts and bolts. For some stupid idiotic reason, three minutely different bolts, 102 of them, are packaged in the same bag, so they have to be separated and counted to make sure you have the correct amount. Not happy at this point. The supervisor who is in charge of this should be slapped”
“I bought this unit about 16 months ago and I tell you has served its purpose. easy assembly and pretty durable when anchored properly. The tarp material is great but will deteriorate after while, but normal for any tarp material. I am glad I bought this item and I am satisfied with the customer service delivery and product itself. good job shelter Logic for making a product that serves its purpose for a great price. I would definatly purchase again”
