“Since the wrong parts have been put into the box. I am not able to finish putting the RV Garage Together. I took pictures of the box and it definitely shows a difference of the product that was sold to me and the schematic that is shown on the box. There seems to be a problem with your manufacturing. If you look at the picture I am attaching you will notice the difference in the sizes. Most of the parts are correct however there is one part that has no holes in it to attach the wind braces and the lower cross rails. It appears that the parts from the product shown in the schematic on the box are being put into the RV Garage Boxes. I have contacted Customer Service but no response yet. I am making you aware that the product you are sending out has the wrong parts in it. I contacted the store where I purchased it from and they opened another box to replace the parts that I have but that box also contained the wrong parts. Until the issue is corrected I cant recommend to anyone that they purchase this product.”
“After 3 years some 45 to 50 mph wind gusts tore the whole upper tarp in half. I am not pleased with that performance. I am from NE Iowa that happened to me today.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material.
