“I have only had this garage in a box for one season and although it held up pretty well through the winter. Yesterday a wind gust came through - not very strong wind gust and didn't last very long. I looked outside to see the tarp (which is supposedly rip proof and UV protected) RIPPED right down the middle of the roof - right above the center support pole. The reason that occurred is the small strip of the top of the tarp that rests on the top support pole was DRY ROTTED and SO WEAK that this small gust of wind caused it to RIPPED a perfectly straight line from one end to the other. Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY upset and am now frantically trying to figure out what to do with the vehicle and the other "stuff" that was protected by this structure.”

“bought back in 2014 one year later product ripped because of sun on pools heated fabric. customer service was great they replaced fabric.. (7-23-2015) 13 months after ripped again, warranty was up so I bought fabric for 231.92 installed 2-28-2016 ripped again 9-26-2016 warranty up again.”
“Well it has been almost a year since I had to replace the top on my Garage in a box. First one just lasted about 14 months. This one I believe is still under warranty. I will not be tuning in for coverage. Too much of a pain, taking pictures, waiting for approval, shipping, etc. This cover was not made to hold up to the sun. Now I have to find someplace to store my stuff out of the rain. First unit I had lasted 3 years and was a thinner material but was another brand. Save your money for something better. I will not invest in a higher quality material. Read the reviews and you decide.”
“I bought two of these when I bought it. I only put one up and two years later, I had to use the second frame to reinforce the first frame. A heavy snow had busted through the thin and tearing fabric so after reinforcing the frame with the extra frame, I put the second new fabric garage on the framework. The snowload was fine but the fabric tore two years later. Lots of white flaking occured on both covers after the first year of use of each of the shelters putting these flakes all over everything inside the shelter. The price is not worth only two years of service. Then they want you to buy a much more expensive fabric cover after your first one fails. I will not be buying another one and am looking for a shelter that will last even if I have to pay more for it. This is a waste of money if you want it more than two years and is expensive for only two years of service from the original product.”

“i AM ON THE 2ND COVER FRO MINE BOUGHT THE FIRST UNIT AFTER ABOUT 2 YEARS THE TOP RIPPED OPEN. IT WAS CHEAPER TO BY A NEW UNIT ON SALE THAN TO BUY A REPLACEMENT COVER. JUST REPLACED THE COVER LASTED ANOTHER 2 YEARS IT IS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MY HOUSE SO IT DOSE NoT GET MUCH SUN. I AM GOING TO TRY AND FIX SOME TYPE OF BASIC TARP OVER IT FOR NOW. VERY POOR MATERIAL i HAVE HAD STUFF COVERED WITH A $5 DOLLAR BLUE TARP IN MORE SUN AND THE TARP LASTED LONGER THAT THIS UNIT. I WISH I KNEW IT WOULD ONLY LAST 2 YEARS I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSE.”
