Hello, We are so sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable experience. It seems like your shelter was exposed to extreme weather which is unfortunately not covered under warranty. We do offer units with wind and snow ratings meant to up-stand those conditions. If you have any questions about these units feel free to call us at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you , Customer Service

We just finished putting this up because the instructions were horrible! For the zipper end of the shed it didn't tell you how to put the ratchets for the door and for the top. We just winged it and hope its right. For the money you spend on this shed you would think it would come with specific instructions and not just pictures!

I normally don't write reviews about products but feel compelled to get the word out about this product. Prior to buying the Shed in a box I called the company directly to confirm a few concerns I had. The number one concern was that it would stay dry inside so I can store bikes, tools and things of that nature. The rep assured me that it would stay dry just like a tent. That it wold keep out the morning dew and moisture etc. Needless to say it does nothing of the sort. If your putting anything of value inside this shed, depending on your climate you can expect your stuff to be wet in the morning. Sure it keeps the rain out, but what good is that if moisture can get inside the unit. I also believe it to be a little tricky to build with not great instructions or support.

Hello, This shed in a box is waterproof however it is possible that condensation can occur. Based on the description you provided it sounds like you are experiencing condensation. For this we would recommend purchasing a vent kit (part # 11300) which will reduce humidity and moisture build up. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you ,Customer Service,Danielle

We purchased this shed for our children's bicycles, our mower, wheelbarrow, outdoor toys etc. When we originally purchased it the website claimed that the rounded top was wonderful in snow so it would fall off rather than have to be brushed off. We made it through ONE winter. Strangely enough, it wasn't even the snow that damaged it. We got a strong rain storm with hail in the Spring. That's what ripped it. One you get a small rip, forget it, the entire thing just tears apart. I attempted to contact ShelterLogic to find out about the warranty. I was told it would be $150 for a replacement cover. They sell the entire thing for $250 on Amazon!! Suddenly the tarp it comes with is "not a wind and snow rated unit." So apparently it's not meant to be outdoors, because I can't think of anywhere in the country that doesn't get strong wind from rainstorms? They did not stand behind their product even though we were only months beyond their "one year warranty." BUT they were HAPPY to try to SELL me either of two other tarps that were $385 or $530 because they "just started offering upgrade options" SAVE YOUR MONEY. It's garbage, and they don't stand behind their products.

Hello, We are sorry to see the issues you experienced with your shelter. Amazon does not offer our wind and snow rated frames because those are custom made. For this particular model we recommend anchoring down each foot with 30" anchor for added support. Seeing as this is a standard model it does include just a standard cover but we do offer many replacement cover options, including heavier materials that may have longer warranties and life expectancies. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, please give us a call at 1-800-932-9344 and mention this review and we will try to come up with a solution for you. Thank you , Customer Service

This is in MN. 2 weeks after installing a replacement heavy duty cover , a 60-80 mph windstorm knocked over a willow tree directly on the fabric shed. When the neighbors called I expected the worst. The cover did not rip and the frame work maintained is shape. The tractor was driven out and used to lift the tree off the shed after some initial trimming to eliminate some of the weight of branches and trunk. I again stretched the cover and checked the anchors on the frame work. What a product! I was told the heavy duty cover would stretch and be much stronger. It certainly is. I expect no problems from the snow load in the winters to come.

This is second item purchased-live in mountains-shed held up under 4' of snow and 40-50mph winds . What more needs to be said. Takes about 3 hrs to assemble with two people.

I bought the larger shelter last July after purchasing 50 acres. It has held up incredibly well through the summer, fall and now winter. Look at what I have stored including tractor, attachments and wood splitter. We also had two hurricanes come through in the Fall. I highly recommended this
