GrowIT® Heavy Duty Round Greenhouse, 12 ft. x 24 ft. x 8 ft. Reviews

3.8 Rating 4 Reviews
A little more difficult to put up than I had anticipated. The instructions weren't super clear on assembly or part numbers. I was also under the impression that the sides would roll up, they don't, only the end doors. Will probably need to take plastic off every winter. However, the final result was worth it. Sturdy and perfect for growing in the high desert.

We are going to our 3rd winter with this greenhouse and are very pleased with it. Took us quite a bit longer to erect than stated. We erected permanently by bolting to metal t posts driven into ground every other leg. We have extremely high winds to 80mph, sometimes more and didn't want it to blow away! Noting that literature says to take down in winter, we are pleased at the durability having weathered 2 whole years in the High Desert Outback of Oregon. Cover still in great shape. Highly recommend.

I bought my shelter 3 years ago only to be shock at how short a life span the cover lasts, I stood up to some pretty high winds in it's short life time but nothing special, I can say when I returned to my property only to be met with the zipper door seams ripped to shreds... Oh! says I... on closer inspection the whole cover had tears where the material had just dissolved. So! the material is not really UV resistant and therefore expect to replace your cover in a 2-3 year period. Substantial frame and easy to assemble, anchoring ??? could do with improving to a ground plate that can be more securely anchor'd, the ground anchors supplied are simply not adequate for high winds, I was able to make and drive in 2' U stakes... The Greenhouse is a good starting point, and I was happy at first with my purchase, but had I known the cover was to fail within the 3 years I would have taken a different route. I still have the frame and will make timber framed door section to both ends and cover with a UV resistant cover for additional weather endurance. would I buy another one? Umm! I don't think so, not for a longer term usage...

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the life span of your cover. Fabric life can vary based on application, location and the physical elements. Since this is a temporary shelter, the cover does have to be replaced over the life span of the product. Customer Satisfaction is important to us and we would be happy to discuss this further with you. Please call us at 1800-932-9344. Thank you ,Customer Service,Danielle
