“I received an email asking for me to review this product and gave it one star...along with the reasons why. But, my review (submitted at your request) was rejected claiming the "review period" had passed. I'm afraid that's another strike against my experience with Shelter Logic.
In regards to the product itself...after carefully measuring to make sure the wooden base (48"X48" as per the instructions) was the right size, we assembled the tubes only to find out they were 54" center to center at the base. Six inches wider than specified. Wanting to finish this project, and after a considerable amount of time, effort and additional material, we were able to build out the base to accept the tubes at 54" from one to the other.. However, that now meant that the fabric endpieces, cut to fit a 48" wide base aren't wide enough to cover the end! At that point we gave up and are asking fr a full refund or tubes that actually meet the specifications.
This has so far been a very time-consuming and frustrating process and is my first experience with your company. I'm very disappointed
