Bought less than a year ago, stood up decently for about 6 months then started to rip and today ripped in half. Is there any warranty or replacement?

Well I ordered the 10x10x8 greenhouse but that was not what was shipped to me I was sent a 10x20 3-1 carport and tent the box was so severely damaged it was to the point that y it was unable to be returned to shelter logic via ups so I was told to keep it and that they would send me my green house asap it was here two days later great customer support and I got to keep the car port for free!!! Getting back to the greenhouse it was vary easy to put together there where only two areas I saw for improvement one was the to bolts to assemble the greenhouse there are three different sizes that are 1/8-1/4 difference in the three vary hard to judge the sizes I gave up and just grabed bolts and didnt have a problem the second thing is the length of the ends of the green houses I wish that they were at least 6 to 10 inches longer so they could've been buried to make a better seal with the ground instead of having to pile up dirt around I plan to save a bit of money and buy untreated 2x10's to burie around the edges of the green house but all in all great buy I would recommend this to anyone wanting to buy there frost greenhouse

This would be our 4th year with this setup. Have been pretty impressed with it. Our location is in NW PA just south of Lake Erie and we can get up to 40mph winds along with a ton of snow. We have left the House up throughout the years with no issue till a couple of days ago. The door flap by the Zipper ripped the whole way down. (This is by no way Shelter Logics FAULT). There is no way of fixing it. This is where I give you guys a 1 star. I called your customer service dept with the hopes of ordering a new front end since the cover is in three pieces.(2 ends and the center) The gentleman on the line said that "Due to the covers being made OVERSEAS there is no way to order just the front and that all three sections would have to be purchased at a cost of $179" Are you freaking serious!!! I only paid $230 for the complete set up. We run a farm and was thinking about ordering a shelter in order to store some hay in. This has just made my mind up for me.

This greenhouse is not easy to put together. The directions are terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are nothing more than glorified hieroglyphics. Maybe the next revision could include emoji. Not to mention the metal tubing is easily bent. The tubes come with numbers, which you have to be able to read the numbers printed on the tubes to assemble. The ink on the tubes fades, smears, or is illegible. Then you get a bag of nuts and bolts. Three different types of bolts, all very similar is size and appearance. The instructions tell you different number for each type of bolt. The bolts do not have corresponding numbers and they are all mixed up in one big bag of parts for you to sort through. Then the directions are so unclear! Do you wrap this around that, does this go into that end, where does it go? If you try to follow step by step how to put it together you will wind up taking it apart and reassembling it at least three times before you are done, or give up in frustration. TIme saving tips: When you assemble the two end pieces, put the end tarp on then. When you assemble the upper side support arms that will connect the two end pieces to the middle arch, connect ALL FOUR pieces, because you will need to insert the middle piece into the bracket on the middle arch. If you do it how the instructions say to do it, you will have to remove the bolt out of the middle arch to insert the next section. It really comes down to the directions being poorly "written" and difficult to understand and that you have to take stuff apart to reassemble it in the next step instead of logically flowing the way it should. Really, I would not recommend this. Even Ikea is better than this!

This is a great greenhouse. We built a wooden frame, leveled the ground filled it with sand and put paving stones down for a floor. When we assembled the greenhouse we screwed the tubes to the wooden frame. The greenhouse has withstood winds of 40,50 mph with out a single problem. It has excellent cross ventilation and our plants have been protected from the cold down to the low teens with just a small heater.

Doesn't last long but too expensive to replace the whole thing every year

I've had the 10x10x8 greenhouse in a bag for 3 seasons now with no problems. It's not uncommon to have 50+ mph winds here in Wyoming. This year the zipper ripped out on both sides of the door. Gonna reorder the cover as the frame is still in excellent condition. With the high winds I went out and bought better ground anchors cause I didn't have enough confidence the ones that came with would handle the winds here.
