“As I started assembling I could not understand why I had seven extra 2’ long tubes. When frame was completed I realized one end cap was for a 10’ high structure and I was shipped the wrong parts. I installed the one correct end cap and the shelter cover only to discover that the cover was perforated with at least a dozen holes. Very disappointing quality control. Now I have to wait at least 3 weeks for replacement parts.”
