The standard cover does include a one-year warranty and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Also, the roll-up door-kit is an optional accessory that can assist with opening, closing, and sustaining the door panel open.

“Seems to be a very good unit. Assembly was no problem at all. In fact, I was able to assemble the entire thing just by myself. Had to think outside the box a couple times, but all in all I assembled it myself with no issues. One problem I did come across was the cutouts in the pocket for the lower side cover bars. The cutouts were about 6 inches off so there wouldn't have been a way to assemble the attachment brackets. Not a big deal, just made my own cuts. The other problem I have is with the warranty registration. I looked online and see it can be done there and 4 pictures are to be added. But according to the registration card that came with the unit it asks for several more pictures then what is asked for online. According to the card I'm counting up to 20 or so photos. I think that's a bit excessive. I'm not going to deal with taking that many photos to send in. I'll just hope it lasts as long as it should. Other than those couple of things I would have given 5 stars. It really does look to be a good unit, and looks good in my yard covering my turnaround where I park a vehicle.”

“Easy to install, tough fabric that should hold up for the time period we need--about three years. We also purchased two ten foot wide garages. The extra two feet allows for more "wiggle room" inside while getting in and out of the car.
Our situation may be different than most. We lost our house in a fire in Malibu last November, but decided to remain on the property, so quick temporary garage replacement was our foremost need after the house trailers came in.”
