“I bought this cover over a month ago. After learning UPS destroyed my cover and never contacted Shelterlogic. I was very upset. The customer service rep was very nice and heloful. Received my replacement cover just 3 days later.
This replacement cover is much better than the original cover and wish I had this one from the beginning.”
“I ordered this in October and it took six weeks to get it delivered. Not the end of the world except that they took the payment for it immediately and never said it was backordered. This is not the way I expect business to be done anymore, if it ever was. Also to my surprise, the opening end came with no grommets to hold it open, unlike the basic version. There were no elastics to go in the grommet holes either, of course. Now I have to chase down grommets somewhere. Other than all that, it seems great, but it's a ten-year cover so let's wait seven years or so before coming to any firm conclusions!”
“This replacement cover was purchased to recover our 20 year old frame. The only issue is that the bottom sleeves where your cross bars go thru don't reach both sides. We got the cross bars hooked on one side but the other side was short and didn't reach the cross bars. We had to get heavy weight dowels to put thru and used ratchet straps to attach to the frame. Otherwise..all good.”
