“SO I had accually purchased the 13x10x20 building to store salt for the winter and had to modify it to go over the concrete blocks I used for the bunker. This left the cover loose which caused the failure of the cover. After doing some talking to customer service to try and order something that would fit better. I ended up ordering this cover instead. It covered the frame property except a couple of places where the cross pipes had to go through the cover to hold it in place didn't line up. My biggest complaint is the shipping process. I ordered it online which said it was in stock then I was notified it had to be made to order. On top of that customer service didn't seem to know if the product had shipped, was still being made or when it would ship. In all it took 4 weeks to receive this product after I was told they would expidite the order. The biggest frustration other than the cost was not having a accurate time table when it would arive.”

“Quick turnaround from the time of ordering till it was delivered. I did not realize when I ordered my initial one that it came in three different qualities or I would have ordered this the first time. I guess I didn't research it enough. Only time will tell how this will hold up but it appears to be much more durable. The only disappointment for me was my original one had zip-up doors on the front and back this only zips in the front the back is solid. It was in the description, I just missed it. I'd pay extra to have front and back but I am not sure if it is available. Over all, I am very pleased.”

“Ordered a heavy duty replacement cover and it was no heavier than the one I got from tractor supply that didn’t last 2 years. They sent a second cover because there was no tag on the inside to verify cover grade. Received second cover and again same poor quality and no tag I feel like I’m getting taken advantage of after spending almost $700 on a replacement caliber that I need to make payments on. I can’t even register the cover for the warranty because there are no product tags on the cover for the requested information. Poor product. Try to add pictures of previous cover that didn’t last and the new covers to compare but I guess if your leaving a bad review you can’t ad pictures.”

“We just received this a few weeks ago. So far, happy with the quality of fabric. It stayed steady in 60 mph windstorm. The only reason I rate it as a 4 is due to the quality of the zipper. We upgraded to this particular cover and were disappointed that the zipper is of the same quality as the lesser. Hope this works. Would like to see quality improvement in this aspect”
