“I have not installed my replacement cover yet due the weather being so bad for the last couple of weeks. But I will share a little history. I bought the original Garage in a box some 15 years ago and was very satisfied with it. I believe it was the middle grade cover and it lasted probably 10 years when it started to show signs of wear. I mistakenly bought the 7ml cover as a replacement which did not last one year therefore I am trying the extra heavy duty one”
“This replacement cover does not come with any method to keep the door up when unzipped. Even though the product description and assembly manual claim to include bungees, they are not included and the front panel has no holes to place them. Calling customer service was no help, either. She didn't bother to tell me that an alternate opening kit was available (not free, of course). Jenna assured me that they would send the appropriate warranty paperwork and a written guarantee the warranty would be honored if I placed grommets myself, but no further communication was forthcoming. Additionally, I received 2 zippered front panels and no rear panel.”
