“The seams are not all the same. Some are toooo narrow. The fabric won't pull down the polls. My son worked on it for a couple days. It's not weather proof. Nothing closes right. I was told that when I ordered it I had a wait. Then out of the blue one was on the way. I feel that it was returned to the company because it didn't fit. I think I wasted my money. Please be careful. I can add pictures of the problems if you are even interested. I just had shoulder surgery a couple days ago so I need to get someone to help with this.”

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if they cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “Directions should state that after a certain amount of time after instillation that it should be tightened up. After being exposed to all weather types over the course of say a month it loosens up.”
