“I received my replacement cover, but I noticed a problem with the design. When trying to insert the bars into the front and back sections, the "sleeves" intended for the poles are far too narrow. It’s practically impossible to push the poles through without tearing the fabric. This fit issue makes the installation frustrating and impossible. Please consider redesigning these sleeves to better fit the poles.”

“I purchased this heavy duty cover 10/11 18. After countless emails and excuses my manufacture date is 12/31/18. I hope the cover works better than the scheduling for manufacture. We'll see if it's worth the wait. Guess I'll be shoveling snow to install the new one if/when it arrives.”
