“Well was impressed by the thickness of the replacement cover, to bad it was missing 2 rachet straps, I emailed to inform them the "door is stitched closed". The response i got was to stop the zippers from opening...well its stiched closed how would it come unstitched?? Then was told just remove the stitching, well I tried, the wife tried.. the amount of stitching used was ridiculous! If you send a product at this cost, one would expect it comes ready to assemble!! Not trying to remove machined double, triple whatever it is and have multiple pricks from trying to get the stitching out! FAIL! Then to have a customer service representative get ignorant with you after you send multiple pictures after you get the stitching out that yes indeed the door is actually not finished and completely stitched closed! But hey he's in Canada, who cares... well after the first product purchased in oct 2021 and having to replace it with the heavy duty replacement in may 2022.. don't waste your money! 299.99 plus tax original cost, then 449.00 plus tax for a product not completed.. should have listened to my wife and purchased a resin shed..in the end the one I ended up purchasing at Costco was 38 dollars above what I spent, also less hassle at Costco!”
