“This is my third cover for my 6x10 motorcycle storage Shed so decided to go for the heavy-duty material option. (The previous standard weight covers historically lasted about 5 years before UV / Sunlight caused the material to break down, become brittle, and rip.). The replacement heavy duty material is a bit more challenging to install because of its stiffness which is to be expected, but the slots cut in the material loops to accept the horizontal rails at the bottom were entirely miscut requiring me to estimate positions and make cuts based on the geometry of the metal frame. This was unwelcome additional work and weakened the current cover design. Although I have not had any issues with the previous standard covers, I have new concerns that the same standard-sized zipper may not be robust enough to handle the strain and abuse incurred due to the new covers' heavier weight. I would have liked to have seen a heavier zipper gauge that matched the heavier-weight material. Time will tell but I suspect the zipper will now be the first failure point with the new replacement cover. Zipper failures have been mentioned in other reviews some likely attributed to how the cover is installed (advice: install the end panels loosely so as not to cause unnecessary stress and secure the base of the end frames to prevent movement.)”
