“I have mine 3 years and looking to replace cover for the second time. Company graciosly sent a new one after one year. Second one falling apart. I dont think it's defective just not made to last in this area. The frame ts strong and holds up to thunderstorms. I guess it needs to be in the shade.”

All our shelters comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grade of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. To the access side there’s no hole rings to install ball with stretch spring to keep the sheet roll open,
do you still have those kind of aluminum ring kind of rivets ?

Hello Mario,
The grommet/eyelets only come on the standard replacement cover kits, which are made overseas. When a consumer upgrades to the heavier grade fabric, the grommets are not installed on the doors. This is the reason why we have the Roll Up Door Kit (Model # 10077) as an accessory to assist with opening, closing, and sustaining the door panel open.
