“I got 4 years out of the original fabric which is saying a lot given Syracuse winters. I decided to upgrade to the heavier 14.5 oz material this time for more longevity. The kit comes with everything you need to start over using the empty frame and a wrench. It took me about 3 hours by myself to put it up. It went up easily enough but would have been faster with a helper. Not only is the fabric heavier, but so are the new rachets and webbing. Will have to report back in 10 years to see if I make it through the warranty period. Great product.”

“this cover was very expensive , took forever to get , the cover itself is of good quality but the hardware attached such as the zipper in the door broke on first use ! contacted the warranty line 3 weeks ago and no replacement door or contact , i sent pictures of the failed zipper and no response . so here i have a brand new expensive upgraded cover that has the door zip tie together !! not happy so if you read your own reviews please have someone contact me or better yet stand behind your warranty !”

“I ordered a replacement cover on 11/24/18 and still have not heard anything regarding the shipping. Shelterlogic sent me an email requesting a review so here you go with the truth. I called approximately a month ago (12/17/18) to check the status and was told it should ship any day. Nothing. ????? I realize the cover is backordered, but for how long? It’s currently 1/8/19. Informing the customer goes a long way in maintaining their trust.”
