Firewood Seasoning Shed, 10 ft. x 20 ft. x 8 ft. Reviews

3.4 Rating 26 Reviews
Great shed for storing firewood but after about my second season I noticed the seams around the zippers began to come undone. Now 1 season later both sides are completely pulled away from the zippers and the doors just flap in the wind. Great product just could use a better cover.

Hi Jamison, Sorry to hear about that! Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. Our standard covers include a one year warranty and if you are within that time period and something goes wrong we suggest filing a warranty claim and having it reviewed by a representative in the corresponding department. We also offer many replacement cover options, including heavier materials that may have longer warranties and life expectancies. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to call us at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you,Customer Service,Debora

I have bought these type of sheds before but they don't last very long. So I bought this one because it looked more sturdy, a thicker material so it would stand up to wind, rain and hot sun. And so far it has lasted 3 times as long as the other one that last one yr then the wind ripped it to shreds.

The box it's shipped in is in no way sufficient to deal with the weight and handling by the shipper. I was lucky I didn't lose any pieces as it was destroyed upon delivery. The directions are simple to follow. Several of the pipes that have holes to accommodate the thru bolts did not have one of the two holes so I had to drill those. Some of the stitching for the covers is incomplete so I had to fix that as well. A little more attention to quality control would go a long way. It's a 2-3 hour job and is best if you have a helper at certain points. Overall it's what I wanted and a fair value.

Considering the majority of people that burn wood live in snow country you would think these would be snow rated. Especially since u hwat with wood only hoping ut doesn't collapse on my winter wood. Check back with me next spring. I have put these together before so familiar with them yet it took 2 of us 5 hours with no errors.

Really like the double doors. Vents are nice. The floor keeps things dry. Went together easily.

After 2 years one door is torn up, roof has some small holes where rain leaks onto wood; bought thinking be easier to use than tarps over my firewood stacks; don't notice difference in actually seasoning the wood; wood burns the same; wood color still tan yellow not gray compared to seasoning old fashioned way; plastic covers not as strong as my brown heavy duty tarps; zippers failed at 2 year mark; this was from normal NJ weather exposure; sorry would not recommend. For now I think I will repair with hard plastic panels which I'll get from Home Depot and screw to the frame.
