“I brought this rack after researching a number of alterantives. It was easy to construct and I was able to do it by myself in about 30 minutes. It seems to be very sturdy and constructed of quality materials. I will see how it holds up over time. The main objection that I had was that the cover was too short. I have bought an additional 8 foot unit, but got one of similar contruction from another supplier and will buy a separate tarp for coverage.”
“I bought product a few ago. Assembled it as instructed. Stacked 3/4 of a cord of wood on. Came home the next day to see it leaning against the fence. Had to unstack the wood. Found the product was damaged, so I added straps to support the base bars and zip ties to add more support to the connection points of the feet to prevent it from wobbling. Additionally the cover is too short.
I call Customer Service and they claim they need to speak to supervisor and then never call back, as promised. I think the poor design is not suited to 12 feet. Maybe the 8 ft would be more stable.”
