“This is a premium product and it shows. The material is sturdy and all pieces demonstrate a high build quality. For something that is featured prominently in our backyard we felt it was important to have something that looked great and would hold up to weather. This piece looks great and was much nicer than the cheaper entry level alternatives. We fit a 1/4 cord easily and it's great that the cover could be adjusted as needed and will move down the poles as we use the wood stored below. We added some weights on top to keep the cover from blowing off on windy days and they have done the trick. Highly recommended!”

“Bought this product in August 2019 through Home Depot. Rack was delivered with two incorrectly manufactured parts. Customer service sent me two replacements which were the incorrect parts. They then sent me two more replacements which were also the incorrect parts. Then they sent me a complete replacement rack and in the kit the two incorrectly manufactured parts were again in the box. Then next time they were going to inspect the parts before sending me another kit. It arrive yesterday and one angle was still not correctly bent in a required 90 degree angle. I bent the part myself which enabled me to assemble the rack on the second day of October 2019.”
