“This cover is excellent with one big flaw: a seam runs along the top of the cover the long way, through which rain leaks. All it would take is sealing that seam at the factory. Otherwise it’s a great cover, made from heavy duty material and zippers.”
“We bought this to cover the wood rack we use in the winter. Overall the cover is sturdy and well made. Access is pretty good but the zippers can have issues if they get wet and then it freezes. If they were made with a weather flap over them maybe this could be avoided. Also, the seam on top leaks if it rains or there's snow that melts. If the seam were on the side instead of the top maybe this could be avoided as well. The cover otherwise appears to be waterproof. Tying the cover down is also required if you don't want it to end up in the next county when the wind picks up. This would be a 5 star product if it weren't for the aforementioned issues. Regardless, I would still recommend this cover as it;s the best one I've had thus far.”
“This product is garbage! Lasted 8 months in AZ. They sent a new one under warranty lasted another 6-8 months then they refused to honor the warranty on the replacement as their warranty is from date of purchase.”

The Firewood Rack Full-length cover includes a one-year warranty, and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Please note that the warranty does not restart after a replacement has been sent out. Replacement parts or products are covered for the remainder of the Original Limited Warranty Period. “Howdy......
The material is of good quality, strong and the zippers are good which makes the fact that it leaks through the top seam in rain a real let down. In order to keep our firewood dry requires a tarp placed under the cover. The fact that a seam was put on top of a cover meant to be used in the rain shows poor design.”
