“I have had my cart for over a year. I love the cart however the wheel hubs are thin stamped steel bolted together that bend just looking at them. I and constantly bending them back into place to rotate someone true. They won't last much longer and then I will have to look for some real non-China replacement wheels for the cart.”

“Great concept/design. HORRIBLE execution ! If you are not a handy person, do not buy this. The instructions were a waste of the 30 seconds I spent looking at them. None of the holes line up. The included 13mm wrench isn't 13mm. My biggest problem with it is that one of the tires had a split in the sidewall right out of the box. It's a good thing it has tubes in it. I suppose I will have to spend another $50 to put new tires on it when it gives out. The reason I bought this is because my old patched together wheelbarrow finally blew it's tires and I was trying to avoid having to spend $50 on tires for it.With all that being said, It took me about 15 minutes to get it all straightened out and assembled . Had to clean up the axle and some of the holes with a dremel and had to drill a couple of holes out on the frame. Once you get it together, it actually works really good. Filled it up 5 times and pulled it about 40 feet from my woodpile to my garage through about 3-4 inches of snow. Balances well and pulls easy. The handle could stand to be a little taller ( I am 6'1") and I will probably modify it to fit me better. But overall, not a bad cart for the money. We'll see how it holds up as I burn about 8-10 cords of wood per year.”

“There is no way that this product can be assembled as shown in the instructions. The back support/handle does not fit into the sides, and it cannot be adjusted due to the width of the axle.
Also, wheels were rusty out of the package.”

“I purchased last Jan. with a sick husband so I needed help getting the wood in. After a couple of loads I noticed little ball bearings on the floor and wobbly wheels. Husband got worse and we've had a year but here we are, ready for the cold and I've not called the company for any help. So I did. I was stunned. I had a quick answer, shot a couple of photos to them over the web, and immediately was told we'd get a new cart. Not wheels, a whole cart. So indeed, just as stated, we got the new one in and noticed that it was a tiny change in size due to changing the wheels and we put it together in a flash and are on our first week using it and the way it's designed now, there is no way the wheels will have the same problem. Wow, a company that stands behind it's products like this is wonderful. Customer service was courteous and fast. I believe ShelterLogic is going to have great things happen from what I'm seeing in their product line and we can shop there with confidence.”
