“We bought this item just over a month ago, and with very light use the wheels have already folded outward making it impossible to wheel the cart. I've called customer service asking to swap it for a new one to see if this cart was just faulty, but was told I need to submit a warranty claim online. The warranty form is clearly for shelters and not for other items, but I fought my way through the form and now need to wait to hear back. This is already more trouble than the item is worth and soon I will begin fighting for my money back. I expect better customer service than this whether buying a shelter or simple accessories. Very disappointed.”
