“I'm the new owner of an older home in New England with a shelterlogic shed, I am unsure of how many years the original shed cover had on it but it started to tear my 2nd winter after I took possession and the duct tape repairs I made the previous year were failing. I made sure I started on a sunny day that was not windy and also not too hot and not too cold. The kit arrived with instructions, it took about an hour to remove the original cover. The difficult part was in accessing the hooks in the bars that had to shovelled as they were covered with dirt over the years. I used locking pliers for a good grip on the hooks to twist out of the holes in the metal tube frame. The replacement went step by step, I did not have help but was able to sling and jdjust the large part over the beam by myself. I had to undo and retighten cross beams several times to get the straps in the right places, with a redo of a mistaken over/under strap alignment. Re-attachment of the hooks again was fiddley, if not done right the side of the cover won't properly wrap over the vertical part of tube frame. Since the hooks are at the bottom I had to sit in the dirt but this time I was sure of what I was doing because of the experience from de-attachment.”
