Thank you for your feedback! Please note that there are (3) different grades of material being the 6.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. “The portable shed worked well and looked pretty good. But after sitting in the California sun for the summer, the top cover came apart in the first winter storm. I was out of warranty after waiting a few months to set it up, so I purchased another top cover. It did the same thing within 9 months. The top cover needs to be made with better material.”

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if the cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department.
