They then reached out to me letting me know delivery would be delayed due to supply chain issues. After it arrived I was contacted to make sure I had the correct project and if I was satisfied. The frame is much more sturdy, the ratchet straps allow for adjustments and tightening as needed, the tarp material is of higher quality and more durable than other brands. I live in a cold climate and the shed has held up well through a harsh winter with heavy snow, sleet, and freezing rain.
