When you first put these up they seem great and they are, until you realize that there is no good way to hold the door sides out of the way. So you try to try to wrap them around the side braces which makes them look all wrinkled and messes up the ripper while not getting them out of the way as much as you'd like anyway. the price of the units also seem great for the amount of storage at first. Then a few years in and the first top wears out so you call on a replacement and find that you can't just buy the top or just one end or even both so now you have to pay nearly as much as the whole thing to save it. So you go ahead and buy the new top and ends and put them on. another three years go by and a zipper goes out, but you can not buy just the end, it's the whole top with ends again! Bummer! And buying a more durable top and ends is so expensive you could buy two or three of the regular thickness for the same money. I still own some, but just keep in mind that they are just about like buying a Bic Lighter. I don't think the cost of new top and end kits are worth the amount of time they last, at least not in northern Wisconsin. Honestly, I think if they would increase the initial purchase price just enough to cover selling the toughest top and ends from the get go it would be a much better deal in the long run, but that would mean they wouldn't have such a huge market for replacement top and ends because they would probably last fifteen years from the original purchase. Anyway, that's my take. They're great, but they just don't last long enough. And they don't sell the individual parts.

Hello, We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have longer warrantied and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. Please note that the price has increased over the last couple years due to inflation. If you have any questions or wish to place an order, please call us at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you, Customer Service

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that this unit is not live load rated, and we do recommend anchoring down the structure with the necessary anchors suited to your terrain. Also, we do offer hundreds of different shelters with varying sizes, shapes, strengths that are indeed live load rated. We would love to further discuss your options with you. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you, Customer Service
