I am extremely unhappy. When our tarp tore I tried many times to call your company. No one ever answered my calls. I would sit on hold, then told to leave a message and someone would call me back. That never happened. I finally gave up on my warranty and just ordered a new one. I live in Minnesota and snow was coming and I needed my belongings protected. After I Ordered, I received an email stating it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get it .When it arrived the box was open on one end with the merchandise exposed. We had no choice but to put it up. When we got it up we found flaws of little rips in it, some you can see day light through, I have pictures to prove it. This is the third tarp I have had to purchase from you. Am I happy NO. Both previous tarps tore on the seam.

I had to replace my cover in the middle of a snowy Michigan winter. The cover fit very nicely but in my hurry to get the new cover on I did not notice two very small cuts in the cover. They didn't appear to be rips but more of a cut. I put some tarp repair tape over them and I hope that will keep them from tearing. The box that the cover arrived in didn't look too beat up but I should have examined the cover more closely before I went through the effort of stretching it over the frame.

this is the third cover in two years they split about 2 inches above seam

Hello, We are very sorry to hear about this! Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. All of our shelters include a minimum one year warranty and if your cover tears within that time period we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. We also offer many replacement cover options, including heavier materials that may have longer warranties and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. My old one ripped in a storm got the new on came pretty fast got it all up and works wonders again :) hope this one lasts and also I didn't know the doors came with as well but so glad they did thank you:)

This is the third or fourth time I’ve replaced this. I hope it lasts longer than the rest have. The longest I’ve got has been 2 years. I don’t know how many more times I care to replace it before I come up with an alternative. I’m becoming very dissatisfied with your product. I would still recommend this for quick, cheap storage but I’m definitely going to look other options.

If the original had lasted more than a 1 year, & 3 weeks (just outside of warranty) I wouldn't need it! Original Split about 28 feet right down the center of a 32 foot building! Next time it breaks; its a new wood building!!!, & junk this one!
