“I've submitted a warranty request as the stitching for the zipper on the door pulled out. I requested an exchange on the 4th from the online forma and have not heard back, so no i'm not impressed with the workmanship.”

“This was purchased to replace a 3 year old cover, severely damaged by 70+ mph winds. I elected the least expensive, assuming it was the same quality of the original. Never assume. Significantly lighter weight than the original, and it did not include cord for the door ends, nor hangers. Sadly, there were no instructions included, so it was slightly taxing trying to remember the steps. All in all, a decent quality, but I just couldn't spend more for a replacement cover, than I did for the entire unit, 3 years ago.”
“Cover fit as it should however there was a small tear in the cover prior to installation. I would have normally sent it vack but i was in a jam and could not wait. Also the packaging was destroyed i was amazed everything was in the box. Not one area of the box was sealed and it was very torn. It was so bad as soon as i lifted it up everything fell out.”
