“Customer service is great. Our shed was secondhand and we were having a hard time figuring out how it went together. I called on a Sunday afternoon and was amazed that a real person not only picked up the phone but emailed me the instructions right then! Later we bought this replacement cover and again they were great. We were actually able to put the new cover over the old after a few modifications. I would not hesitate ordering from them.”
“I had to order a new liner after hurricane Idalia came through. We had longer tie downs than what came with the original shelter logic, but I could have used 2 more. Since it was about to blow over we had to cut the walls. We decided to leave both ends off with the replacement liner. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of shelter logic. I’ve had one in Alaska and one in Florida, from coast to coast I’ve had no complaints.”
“After about 16 months with the original cover, I replaced it, thinking it must have been a fluke after it deteriorated and fell apart. The new cover didn't even last 12 months. Pretty bummed out actually, as I love the usefulness of the shelter”

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if they cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department.
