All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grade of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. “My original cover lasted three years before it deteriorated, this replacement cover only lasted one year and two months, just out of warranty. And of course another replacement is "out of stock", only the much more expensive versions are available. So I tried to patch a small tear, and it totally disintegrated to dust when I touched it. This is the poorest quality cover I have ever seen for that kind of money, I expected better quality and in this case it had nothing to do with the weather or the environment. The upgraded "better" versions are a thousand dollars or more for a plastic tarp? For that kind of money I could just buy a steel one instead, that's insane! The last portable "garage" I had was a cheap chinese brand and it lasted five years. I think I'm going back to the elcheapo brand because it's a better quality cover. I would not recommend this brand of portable garage due to the poor quality of the product for the price. This replacement cover shouldn't cost more than $100 for that low level of quality.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow, it can also affect longevity. As you are already aware, we do offer replacement cover kits in the Heavy-Duty and Ultra-Duty material.
