“The cover fit just like it should. My only recommendation would be to include the instructions for reattaching the cord to roll up the door. I didn't make a note of it and struggled to add it back correctly.”

“The zippers on the replacement end were installed upside down so the door wouldn’t open. Called and sent proof of purchase and haven’t received the replacement end yet.”

We do apologize for the confusion and inconvenience. Our zipper end panels are shipped that way, so it doesn't damage the fabric. The end panel is not defective. Please grab the pull tab and pull it all the way down and then up. Afterwards the Zipper should be at bottom and be functioning. If you need assistance, please call us on 1-800-560-8383.
