We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. “As a 1st time buyer of this product, I would give it an 8 score out of 10. Assembling this is definitely a 2 man job. Frame isn't very strong. Very flimsy, I wouldn't recommend standing on it when it's together. The top cover has to pin size holes in it from shipping. The front door zippers are made of plastic and break very easily. But once it's all together, it does the job for when you own a home with no garage.”

“Shipping is expensive but it weighs 52 lbs. So for the weight & promptness it's worth it. It still 1/2 price of a new unit. High winds destroyed the old (5+yrs) cover. The metal withstood so just ordered replacement cover. We have bought several replacement covers for all our shelterlogic products and been thankful they are available.”
