“The structure is great, but standard cover only last 3years max exposure to the sun. For the price it should be made of a better quality. Of course they offer the upgraded cover, but also come’s with an upgraded price. Year 7, on my third cover. I read same issue for many others.”
Hello,
We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. The standard cover does include a one-year limited warranty, and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancy, which might better suit your needs. If you wish to discuss any of this in more detail, our customer service team is available 7 days a week 1-800-560-8383.
Thank you

“the same as 1st one Good fit. I hope that it holds up this time and does not wear through and leak like the first one did time will tell check back with me in 6 or 7 months. thanks”
“I had to replace the original cover after two years, I am in the Adirondack mountains and with the wind and snow it came apart at the seams, after talking with customer service I went to harbor freight and bought a inexpensive tarp and so far so good. Turns out I should have done that in the beginning. That’s what everyone up here does.”
