We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. The standard cover does include a one-year warranty and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Our warranty department does work hard to treat every claim fairly and consistently, which is why they do not consider claims outside of the warranty period. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material.
