“This tarp only lasts 1-2 years. The first year it gets little tiny holes in the top then it starts to shed. Ours is 2 years old and it needs to be replaced. This is the third tarp we went though.”

We are very sorry to hear about this! Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. All of our shelters include a minimum one-year warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Thank you for your feedback. We do offer more permanent covers such as the (14.5 oz PVC and 21.5 oz PVC), which are much stronger and have much longer life expectancies and warranties. If you are using your shelter as a permanent structure, then this will be a more suitable option. All of our units have a minimum one year warranty and we strongly suggest filing a warranty claim within that time period if you notice any imperfections with your cover.
