“As far as the product goes its as expected. I already have a smaller version. However, when a customer advises your representatives of an issue, it might behoove you to PAY ATTENTION. in my case I sent a message concerning the method of shipment. It was being sent via Saia. I explained that they would not be able to deliver to my residence because a semi tractor/trailer will in no way make it up my road. (Private dirt dead-end road) I was told "OH, they'll call you" I spent 6 days and drove 60 miles one way (twice) to finally retrieve my property. You need better options.”

“The shelter seems to be well built. Assembly does take some time and a minimum of two people. Shipping took quite awhile and replies to inquiries sometimes too several days or didn't happen at all.
There are several small "pin holes" throughout the canvas. They are in different areas so it doesn't seem to be by design. Time will tell as far as long term durability, but my initial thought is that it is well made. Be sure to purchase extra anchors!”
