“The first thing to arrive was the frame, which had no instructions in the box. Customer service was very helpful and emailed the instructions. The canvass arrived a week later. Part numbers are stamped in ink and virtually every part number was smeared and unreadable. The connector joints were all crooked and bent making it difficult to insert the pipes. Since they were misaligned from the factory, by the time I got to assembling the last section, the whole structure was misaligned and extremely difficult to attach. The canvas top has sleeves at the bottom where pipes are connected horizontally to the vertical structure pipes, those sleeves have openings designed to fit couplers connecting the horizontal pipes to the vertical, none of those openings aligned. I was able to finish the project by making modifications that should have been unnecessary!”
