“I cannot comment on the product since I still have not received it...so my review is on the service and delivery. I placed the order on 5/26/21 for a Father's Day gift. The original delay was my fault because I tried to change the shipping address. Unfortunately, it took until today (6/22/21) to finally get an answer that they cannot change the address without charging $200+. This would have been great to know as I would have just kept the original shipping address and my husband would have received his gift on time. I tried to be patient since I initially tried to make a change, but having to make 12 phone calls to Shelter Logic and the shipping company over the course of 3 weeks, is really unacceptable. And I still don't have it. Shame on them...won't be purchasing from them again.”

The carrier ABF freight cannot deliver the package without confirming with you the (consumer), which is why there has been a delay with the shipment and adding the change of delivery as well. “Purchase this bar and a bench and it looked great for the first summer but after 2 years it looks like crap. Paint peeling off and moldy. Not worth the money.”

“We received this bar yesterday and put it together in about an hour. There were lots of pieces, but the instructions were SUPER easy to follow and it included everything you need. I am so happy with this bar. It is literally perfect. Very sturdy and durable and easy to keep clean.
Not sure if you can tell from the photo, but we added some small solar lights to it and it was super cool. There is a shelf which makes it easy to store beverages or whatever you want to keep outside with you.
The bar overall is the perfect size and the surfboard top is bigger than expected, in a good way. I saw others comments about the plastic top, but I really like it. Even though its plastic its really nice. If you are debating on getting this bar, just get it. You wont be disappointed.”

“We love it! Great quality and it’s beautiful! And so much fun! Artwork on the bar is great! (Putting bar together would have been a lot easier if, when you put the surfboard bar top onto the medal bars-do not tighten screws, makes the boards not fit together but it’s not an obvious issue and the directions don’t say that. Added 2 hours to the construction time).”
“This is a really solid product. I was shopping for a simple easy, and affordable bar for a long time and came across this one and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Strong,sturdy, heavy, colorful. The roof is not authentic thatch, it is plastic. But that didn’t bother me.”
