“I bought this and it was not what is pictured. This is a floor base kit not a floor frame kit. I called to return it and was told I would have to pay to ship it back and lose what I payed for shipping which was over $70. I had to order the floor frame parts individually.”

As mentioned in the Features and Benefits section, this Floor Frame Kit is to be used to placed in the shed after it has been assembled to keep contents off of the ground. It give you the opportunity to choose your floor finishing material which is not included. If you have any additional questions or concerns we would be more than happy to discuss them with you. “Ordered it for a 10'x8' shed but the actual frame is not 10'x8' it's more like 8'x6' so even putting down the 3/4' flooring it's still has a little spring to the edges because of the overall 2' overhang. Also the ordering/shipping isn't the best. Ordered on a Sunday, didn't get the order confirmation till Wednesday. I called their CS that day and they promised it would ship Thursday and stated that shipping was 2 days via UPS so I should have it by Friday. I informed the CS rep that the arrival time was very important to me since Memorial Day weekend was that week and I wanted to have the shed I purchased finished before the holiday weekend was over and I could not start it without the frame. I also informed the CS rep that if delivery by Friday was impossible then I wanted to cancel my order, he reassured me that the item would be there on Friday unless UPS dropped the ball. Long story short the frame did not arrive that Friday, instead I got an email from them that the item shipped (Friday), the item showed up the following week. Packaging of nuts and bolts for the frame was poor, looks like they were just thrown in the box, while there are not many nuts and bolts needed to put the frame together my kit was missing 2 nuts and bolts. My advice is to build your shed sub-frame yourself from wood, more cost definitely but it will at least fit your shed and you won't be waiting around for it to be delivered.”
