“I bought my Ventura II after a lot of research on the best Gazebo for my backyard, i was about to buy the new one, but after contacting customer service, they assured me that the open box was a new one with a defective box. I went through and bought it.
The box arrived in a terrible shape, but everything was inside, A couple of items were damaged, the major was the net rail which was bent over, but with a couple of hammer hits it was all good.
The installation took almost 10 hours with 2 (sometimes 3) adults and the result was great.
After the first, I noticed that I had some water dripping from the hook of the roof but it was not tight enough so I fixed that and waited for the next rain to make sure it was fixed.”
