Arrow Shed-in-a-Box™ Steel Storage Shed Reviews

2 Rating 3 Reviews
Instructions were very hard to follow. After getting further into the project the predrilled holes did not line up. The aluminum pieces dented very easy and wouldn't hold together. Called customer service and they said they would replaced any pieces as long as I emailed and pictures of pieces, which I did and never got the replacement pieces or an email back. Waste of time and money

Hello, We are very sorry to see you are experiencing difficulty following the directions. Please note it is critical to ensure that the floor frame parts measure exactly what is depicted in the manual when assembled. If this is not the case, it will throw off the rest of the assembly and the holes will not line up. Hence your building must be level and squared for the holes to align. Also, we recommend not attempt to assemble the building on a windy day, because the large panels acting as a "sail", can be whipped about by the wind making construction difficult and unsafe. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with the assembly and to request an update on the replacement parts. We are available 7 days a week at 1-800-851-1085 (press 1). Thank you, Customer Service

I love the space and the design as to being able to store my storage bins with my craft items. It has lots of room and is tall where I can stack my storage bins into. The complaint is the horrible directions that were sent to build this storage shed. There were some steps that I had to guess on to put it together. I only made one minor mistake luckily. The pictures in the instructions were horrible. The holes look like different sized drill bits were used to drill the holes. I had some of the holes in the siding that were so big that the screws wouldn't tighten down in them. We had to use silicone in the holes to keep the screws in. When the package came in one corner of the box was damaged and the corners of the back siding was crumpled but my husband was able to straighten it. I am really pleased with my storage shed now that it is done and this is the reason I would be willing to get another since I know how to put it together.

Be advised, this shed comes with hundreds of parts, lots of them very very small, to put together. The directions are not clear at all. Very time consuming and the shed is so-so in its overall look, and not very sturdy.

We are so sorry to see that you are disappointed with the quality of your shed. Once properly assembled most customers get 15 years + out of their sheds. We are constantly updating out manuals and will take this into consideration. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to leave this review. ,Customer Service,Customer Service Specialist
