“Initially, I reviewed my purchase, but it was taken down due to the negative review. All in all, the product looks good, sturdy and can withstand weather elements if anchored properly. But my experience buying this product was negative. A lot of defective parts, starting with the frame, including the cover, poor customer service and no quality control whatsoever for an item that costs a lot of money. It took over 50 emails to the top management of the company to get things resolved. Even then it took 3-4 months to get the defective parts replaced from the moment of purchase. I completely understand human mistakes like we sent the wrong part, but when you have a series of parts and the actual cover defective and nobody checked that before shipping I don't understand that. I want to believe that maybe it was just a bad batch of parts and I happened to get them all with my order, but this is where the quality control comes in place. I am sure this review will be taken down as well. I would still recommend this product, but would certainly make folks aware of my experience.”
