It is critical to ensure that the floor frame parts are squared AND level or the holes will not line up properly, as is depicted in the manual. If the measurements are off, it will throw off the rest of the assembly and the holes will not line up properly. We appreciate your feedback and will be using this proactively. We are very sorry to see that you are not satisfied with your Floor Frame Kit. The flooring type used will vary depending on base type and application. These sheds do not include a floor because of all of the possibilities available.
