“My wife purchased a RIO beach utility cart months ago and we never got around to use it and then to find that the axle was missing. called the 1 800 number and they want a receipt and or proof of purchase before they will send the axle. well, you know how hard it is to keep up with receipts when it's been a while so i might as well just go buy a rod and make my own axle.”
